You can choose how we are paid.
You can choose to pay purely on a fee basis and we will not accept any commission from the lender. Should you choose this option then we will charge a fee of 1% of the loan amount. For example, £50000 loan our fee would be £500. Alternatively we can receive commission from the lender and reduce our fee accordingly.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
